The PurTEK Talking Pedometer with Pulse Check is designed for everybody and for all day use.  It helps monitor calories burned, distance traveled, and the time spent walking or jogging in daily activities.  It includes a built-in pulse meter to monitor your pulse rate.  You can set the automatic voice announcement for the number of steps, distance, calories, and time.  This calorie counter/pedometer detects the up and down motion made by the user to count and register the steps while walking and jogging.  You can also use it as a portable alarm clock.
